I am The California Chef. I talk about her Religiously. From the smell of her redwood trees, to that piercing cold, Pacific breeze; Sourdough isn’t the only thing she can do right. We have garlic from Gilroy, berries in Berry Creek, and musky hops from Chico. Creation of new dishes, made from fresh and ripe California fruits and vegetables in my goal. I first entered the food industry when I was 16, and grew up with a lively cuisine. Since then I have made just about everything that California has to offer and I would like to bring this excitement into your kitchen — your life!
